The jute industry has long been a significant contributor to India's economy, particularly in regions like Kolkata. To address these issues, Gloster Jute Mill approached ANSWRS with a pressing need for an automated solution.
 
Challenge:
 
Before the intervention of ANSWRS, Jute Mill owners in Kolkata and beyond relied on manual lubrication techniques, which were time-consuming, prone to errors, and lacked precision. With over 1000 lubrication points in a typical jute mill, the task was not only labor-intensive but also led to inconsistencies in lubrication, impacting machinery performance and longevity.
 
Solution:
 
ANSWRS recognized the urgent need for a centralized lubrication system (CLS) tailored to the unique requirements of jute mills. Through meticulous research we found a solution for the Gloster Jute Mills team, ANSWRS developed a cutting-edge CLS capable of automating lubrication across more than 4000 points from a single system.
 
Implementation:
 
The implementation phase was marked by meticulous planning and seamless execution. ANSWRS engineers worked closely with Gloster Jute Mill to ensure the smooth integration of the CLS into their existing infrastructure. Training sessions were conducted to familiarize mill personnel with the operation and maintenance of the new system.
