ANSWRS Mono Blocks

This distributor type is designed in mono block structure with smaller size. Mono blocks has a unique pilot control system that divides the amount of grease coming from the pump equally between all lubrication lines on equipment. Mono distributor blocks can be fed directly from the pump or another progressive distributor connected to the pump outlet. Specially designed outlet couplings should be used with mono block type progressive distributors. This coupling helps any distributor outlet to be blocked. By blocking an outlet, the next outlet receives double the amount of grease. Also this outlet coupling has a check-valve option. Lubrication system monitoring can be done by visual or digital indicators connected on distributor blocks. Pin movement, which represents lubrication flow, can be seen by eye on a visual indicator. Digital sensors are produced with the NpN or PnP option.

Operating principle is same as modular type progressive distributors and send the lubricant they receive to lubrication points in different or same ratios. Distributor outlets can be combined in an easier way. Outlets can be combined into one if the recommended lubrication ratio is high. (Please check the dosage system section for more info.) It is possible to monitor progressive distributors both visual and electrical. Made of steel and also stainless steel distributors cover specific needs.
