Dual Line Dose Feeders are the distributors/metering valves, which distribute the lubricant in metered quantity in a dual line lubrication system. We have both mono block and modular type of dose feeders to fulfill the varied needs of the customers. Modular Dose Feeders are more flexible in terms of changing the number of outlets whereas Mono Block ones are more economical. Our dose feeders are manufactured in house on our state of art CNC machinery and are thoroughly tested to ensure uninterrupted service in field.

DF-3075 Series is a robust and highly versatile dose feeder series. Its unique base plate and dosing element design enables the user to change the number of outlets in field without changing the complete dose feeder. The output of each pair of outlets is adjustable in the range of 0.1-1.3 cc per outlet. Individual indicator pins for each pair of outlets are provided for visual monitoring. The below mentioned models are standard models.
